Project Summary: Shell STCA SITE Engineering and Supervision (2021)

Key Deliverables:

• DCS and E&I Modifications: Led the design, implementation, and oversight of modifications to the DCS and Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control systems.
• Communication Infrastructure Optimization: Optimized the communication infrastructure, including input/output and data networks, to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Project Management: Managed the entire project lifecycle, from contractor selection, house contractor and estimation to supervision and documentation.

Scope of Work:

• Large-Scale Projects: Managed the engineering, construction, and supervision processes for the Shell STCA SITE project.
• Small-Scale Projects: Provided engineering and supervision services for various maintenance and construction projects at the Shell STCA Amsterdam site.
• Project Phases: Involved in all stages of project development, including planning, material procurement, site support, contractor supervision, and quality assurance.
