Shell STCA

GTS successfully delivered end-to-end engineering, supervision, and execution of multiple E&I maintenance and upgrade projects at the Shell STCA site. Scope included DCS and I/O network optimization, critical instrumentation works, and full loop testing. We managed contractor selection, budgeting, planning, and on-site coordination of materials and resources. GTS ensured seamless integration with Shell’s operations through close collaboration with key departments (Maintenance, QC, Safety). Our team handled all technical documentation, supplier inspections, and supported full commissioning and SAT activities.
