Shell Pernis

GTS supported Shell Pernis with engineering and supervision of small-scale E&I maintenance and construction projects within the PCE Hub. Our role included reviewing basic and detailed engineering scopes, planning project phases, and providing on-site technical support and inspections. We handled documentation such as loop diagrams, cable lists, and instrument indexes, while coordinating closely with Shell’s internal departments (Maintenance, QC, Safety, Operations) and external contractors to ensure smooth and compliant project delivery.
