We successfully managed the entire project lifecycle for the Offshore J6A Greater Markham Area (GMA) project, overseeing engineering, construction, and supervision activities. Our expertise extended to DCS modifications and communication infrastructure optimization, as well as the selection and management of contractors. Additionally, we provided engineering and supervision services for various small-scale projects, ensuring effective planning, material procurement, site support, and quality assurance. With a strong focus on technical excellence and project management, we maintained high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
