GTS provided full-scope engineering, planning, and supervision services for E&I maintenance and construction activities at the Cabot Botlek site. This included leading modification works, overseeing contractor selection, and managing budgets and resource planning. We coordinated all site logistics, including manpower, materials, and equipment (cranes, scaffolding, tools), and supervised critical instrumentation work such as DCS cabinet upgrades and loop testing. GTS ensured efficient project execution through close collaboration with Maintenance, QC, and Safety departments, while managing documentation, supplier inspections, and commissioning (SATs and site visits).
