AEB Amsterdam

GTS was responsible for the full coordination and supervision of E&I maintenance activities at the AEB Amsterdam site. Our scope included contractor selection, budgeting, and detailed planning for a wide range of maintenance and construction works. We managed procurement and logistics of materials, components, tools, and heavy equipment, and supervised key E&I tasks such as DCS cabinet works and loop testing. GTS ensured compliance and performance through supplier inspections, technical documentation reviews, and active engagement with Maintenance, QC, Safety, and Operations teams. SATs, inspections, and field support were delivered throughout all project phases.
